was furnished to retain the wonderful Tuscan characteristics of the earth tone sand stone, terracotta floors and panoramic views from every window. It is possible to divide these two communicating apartments into luminous self catering holiday apartments however the best use of this structure is as one unit for the fun going crowd looking to relax and enjoy Tuscany, wine, good food and great memories.
Both holiday home eat-it kitchens
have modern amenities (dishwasher, stove with oven, family size refrigerator) and open to the dining room areas. There is also direct access from the kitchen to the outside terrace where you will find a wrought iron table and chairs, the ideal place to taste the numerous flavours of Tuscany and its various regions. Some of the most precious wine area of Tuscany is located only a short distance form the villa rental.
There are seven bedrooms on the first floor,
each with its own special personality and en suite bathroom. The rooms are well lit with natural sunlight, fresh and cool in the summer and warm and delicious in the winter. The owner has decorated each bedroom using classical Tuscan shades all of which accent the terracotta floors. The villa holiday home is provided with all bed, bath and kitchen linens each week, and extra cleanings can be arranged upon request.

to offering several open spaces where family and friends can hide out share memories and secrets, laughter and good memories. Each corner has soft and comforting furnishing where you will find it easy to take pleasure in the typical Tuscan settings.
