The private Tuscan swimming pool is fully furnished with lounge chairs, picnic table and shade umbrella. There is a full bathroom only a few meters away, to avoid long treks back to the villa! Fully fenced in, the lush garden area will offer ample opportunities for eating outside, enjoying the Tuscan sunsets and tranquil days with friends and family.

offers a well furnished kitchen, with all modern amenities skilfully coordinated with authentic Tuscan touches. The large fireplaces in the main kitchen is the perfect place to cosy up to when those cooler months start. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, 4 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave oven and lots of space for families and groups to work together on preparing your favourite Italian meals.

opens to a dining room and the main living room, both of which share a double faced fireplace. The formal dining room is large enough to sit the entire group, when you are not taking your meals outside in one of the two picnic areas furnished for you use. From the dining room you enter into the TV room, where you will find a large screen Sat TV, piano and a stereo and DVD player. This room has a sofa bed in it and can be used upon request. Next to the TV room is the game room with a billiard table and all you need to play. This rental villa is perfect for all types of weather, presenting inside and outside entertainment opportunities.
The villa rental near Florence and Pistoia
offers a unique and fun floor plan, allowing for lots of private space yet connected well. There is a twin bedroom in the Lucca villa rental, with easy access from the dining room area. Upstairs, one arrives to this twin bedroom which shares a bathroom on the ground floor. From a second set of stairs you have access to two other double bedrooms and one single bedroom, which can become a double upon request. There are two bedrooms on this floor.

The owner’s property is right next store, and they both speak excellent English (and Italian) and are able to assist you with any questions. This position of this villa makes it ideal for groups and families looking to enjoy the Tuscan countryside – small towns and large towns are all within easy reach as are restaurants and stores.
An added plus is the proximity of the several sporting activities including golf, skiing, and water sports such as diving and boating. Day trips to the local countryside, the train into Florence or Pisa – driving around and visiting the local vineyards and historic villas outside of Lucca or travelling just a little bit further to visit the beautiful sandy beaches on the Tuscan coast.
