two couples or a group of friends travelling Tuscany together. Set on a well cared-for family estate, Casa Maxi is a freestanding, independent farmhouse. Restructured maintaining the classical Tuscan architecture placing all of the living quarters on the first floor with delicious views of the surrounding countryside and the antique borghetto – or hamlet. The villa shares two large pools on the estate with one dedicated to those looking to sun in a quiet atmosphere and one designed to take care of the more active and boisterous in the crowd.
Casa Maxi, a cosy family holiday rental,
is located only a short distances from the private chapel, fenced in with the traditional stone farmer fence. The entrance to the vacation rental is up a set of Tuscan styled stone steps, and opens to a beautifully proportioned dining room furnished with a large wood table overlooking the luminous living room. The fireplace is encircled with soft and comfortable sofa and chairs, in soft earthy colors. These two rooms are the center of the villa, and offer a welcoming environment where you can relax. The completely refurbished eat-in kitchen is located to the right of the living room and is complete with all modern amenities.
There is a private garden area in front of the holiday rental
with a table and chairs, nestled among the age old olive trees. The hamlet bordered by the family run olive grove on the top of a dominant hill in southern Tuscany, in the beautiful panorama between Siena and the sunny Tuscan coast. The entire borgo will accommodate up to almost 50 persons between private villas and apartments, making it an ideal choice for large groups, destination weddings, family reunions, conventions and retreats. There is a professional kitchen and spacious dining area for groups, parties and incentive programs.
On the opposite side of the dining room a short corridor leads
to the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Designed to offer privacy and silence for those who decide to sleep away the holidays. Each bedroom has a great views either over the front garden of the villa rental or over the family run olive grove. The windows are all provided with screens so that the evening breezes can be enjoyed without … unwanted mosquitoes and bugs. There is a bathroom with a shower and one with a tub – both newly restructured. All bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the rental, as is the final cleaning.
