and the historic town of Volterra, this villa rental offers an ideal position for a family with children wishing to enjoy the summer holidays – but also get a little wine tasting and site seeing in as well. Lotto, is located close to a small town where you will find family style restaurants, typical Tuscan shops and a classical Italian café bar.

The owner and caretaker are also able to provide you with an authentic Tuscan meal, served in the privacy of your own rental home. In addition to the lovely private pool at your disposition, the owner will arrange for a day at the beach with beach chairs and sun shade.

The holiday home eat-it kitchen has all modern amenities

and opens to the dining room with its picture window view out on the Tuscan landscape of hills and fields of grain. Many of the classical characteristics of the Tuscan décor remain such as the wood beam ceilings, the authentic terracotta floors, the colors and soft earth tone accents. There is a single bedroom on the ground floor and a guest bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the first floor, up the Tuscan stone steps. The villa holiday home is provided with all bed, bath and kitchen linens each week, and extra cleanings can be arranged upon request.
