Campi, is located between the sandy beaches
of the Tuscan coast and the historic town of Volterra. The pool of this Tuscan villa rental is nestled into the soft rolling hills and fields of grain offering privacy and lots of sunshine. There are lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas surrounding the large in ground pool where one can relax with the Tuscan sun in this villa holiday home. Only a few short meters away is a large covered terrace, ideal of meals and parties with a view.
The ground floor of this luxury villa rental
was designed to retain the wonderful Tuscan characteristics of the earth tone sand stone, terracotta floors and fireplace. There is welcome entrance which opens into the living room area with its cosy fireplace.
The holiday home kitchen opens to both
the dining room and the outside terrace area making meals and BBQ’s easy to handle and organize. The kitchen was designed to allow for many cooks to participate in mealtime. The eat-it kitchen in the holiday home has all modern amenities to make your vacation a breeze.
There are three bedrooms on the first floor,
each with its own special personality and en suite bathroom. The owner has decorated each bedroom using classical Tuscan shades all of which accent the terracotta floors. The rooms are well lit with natural sunlight, fresh and cool in the summer and warm and delicious in the winter.
The villa holiday home is provided with all bed,
bath and kitchen linens each week, and extra cleanings can be arranged upon request. The owner and caretaker are also able to provide you with an authentic Tuscan meal, served in the privacy of your own rental home. In addition to the lovely private pool at your disposition, the owner will arrange for a day at the beach with beach chairs and sun shade.
