The large terrace of this vacation rental villa
overlooks the Siena horizon and its rolling fields of grain and the villa’s private swimming pool. This villa has been totally redecorated and has captured the heart of all who have stayed – for its great position and its relaxing colors and furnishings. The villa is comprised of two floors – each with a living room area to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Tuscany and Siena. There is a classical fireplace in the typical Tuscan stone and the upstairs living room has a secret passageway to the church next door. This was the priests house, and the owner will show you how the two places once were joined together.
This vacation rental is characterized by the natural light
which illuminates each room. There are two bedrooms on the first floor – a twin room with a panoramic view overlooking the “Casa padronale” – the owner’s home or better known as the Castello. This bedroom has access to a large bathroom with a tub, and shower incorporated, sink, WC and bidet. All bed, bath and kitchen linens are included in the cost of the rental price, there are no extra surprises. The bedroom is furnished with two antique wrought iron bedstands, which can be put together to form a double bed upon request.
The second bathroom on the first floor of the holiday rental,
is an en suite bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet. This spacious and luminous bathroom is connected to a double bedroom, with a view over the Castello’s entrance garden, filled with roses and other fragrant flowers. The lively colors match the atmosphere of this sunny bedroom, its terracotta floors and wood beam ceilings. The bedrooms are spacious enough to add a child’s bed or crib – these are unusually large leaving lots of room for luggage and storing all that delicious Italian wine you will want to bring home as a souvenir.
The kitchen is located on the ground floor of this vacation rental
and has direct access to the outside terrace, where you can enjoy all your meals with a view of Siena in the distance. The kitchen is modern and brand new, furnished with many modern amenities such as a dishwasher and an American style refrigerator. The kitchen opens to a formal dining room, giving you lots of room to enjoy cooking together as a group or possibly a cooking lesson or two using the natural products from the estate. The owners produce an excellent organic olive oil and from their classic cantina (wine cellar) comes three great wines (two red and a white).

you will also find the third bedroom with an en suite bathroom. There is a shower, a sink, WC and bidet in this private bathroom. There is also a cosy sitting room with a traditional Tuscan fireplace – the kind that create images of roasting steak, rabbit and pork ribs.
