The entrance opens to find the dining room with a large Tuscan table and living room with a fully functional fireplace and access to a full kitchen. There are three newly decorated bedrooms and TWO bathrooms (the new bathroom is being added as of Dec. 2010). The villa has its own private garden with table and chairs and a brand new swimming pool.

The villa rental entrance opens to a foyer
which leads an inviting dining room with a large typical dark wood table and a French doors that frame to a panoramic balcony. The villa has been newly decorated with light earth tones, accenting the luminous nature of the rooms. Each room has several windows, allowing the soft summer breezes. The living room has a comfortable sofa, which upon request can be made into a full size double bed. There is a beautiful Tuscan fireplace, which the owner broadly boasts how it works beautifully offering warmth and ambiance to this delicious room.
The kitchen in this holiday rental
is fully furnished with all necessary equipment for preparing your favourite Tuscan meals – pasta, cheese and lots of fresh vegetables. The owner keeps a few fresh tomatoes and basil and zucchini plants to spice up your menus. The villa comes with all bed, bath and kitchen linens for your stay, and extras can be provided upon request.
To the left of the foyer entrance of the vacation villa
you will find the bedrooms. There is a romantic double with a canopy bed, this bedroom overlooks the brand new swimming pool at the holiday home rental. There is a second double bedroom with a large window overlooking the back garden. The third bedroom is comprised of two single beds and a baby cot can be added upon request. The three bedrooms share a full size bathroom with tub, and a shower nozzle, sink, WC and bidet.
