The spacious ground floor of this vacatin villa opens to a well-cared for garden area surrounding the rental. The ground floor hosts a super-sized living room, a TV room, a formal dining area, two guest bathrooms and a wonderful open kitchen and pantry. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities and a great fireplace for grilling up some of those famous Tuscan steaks.
The first and second floor are where you will find 8 double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The bedrooms are all similar and spacious, as are the modern and luminous bathrooms. Directly in front of the villa is a dependence, never rented out separately, where you will find two double bedrooms, two full size bathrooms and a large living area organized with a full kitchen, living room area. The private pool is located behind the villa rental and is gently shaded by a lush green garden of local flowers, colors and perfumes. The villa is surround by a large park, and has a remote control entrance to assure your privacy and safety.
