will accommodate several types and sizes of groups, the villa has two rental options – for up to 21 persons and up to 29 persons. The holiday home will be exclusive to you the guest, no other guests will be part of the villa rental. The first Tuscan villa rental option offers 12 bedrooms, 12 en suite bathrooms with shower, and three extra bathrooms, one of which has a tub. The second villa rental option in Tuscany has 17 bedrooms with 10 en suite bathrooms plus 4 extra bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub. The villa is a wonderful combination of large spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, living rooms, a main kitchen plus three smaller suite kitchens and a dining area large enough for the entire group of 29 persons. Organized on several layers there are four connecting suites to the villa which offer privacy necessary for large groups to relax in smaller areas.
The principle living quarters of the villa include
the main kitchen, living room and dining room for the entire villa. These rooms are decorated in vibrate earth tones of yellow, terracotta and earth browns. Warm and friendly, this Tuscan villa rental kitchen has an industrial style stove with 6 burners, two ovens and dishwashers. There are also two refrigerators with freezers, for keeping the wine on ice - - or the cokes cold for the pool. The owners have also included many extra amenities including a microwave, clothes washer and a clothes dryer.

the owner was inspired by the four seasons (winter, spring, summer and fall) and the color schemes include warm, intense tones from sunny ochre to deep red, sage green and blue marine, from old stone to warm terracotta. Intent on creating an environment that was relaxing and welcoming, you will find large beds, great views and an authentic Tuscan flavour throughout the villa rental. Each room is very similar to the others, in order to maintain a continuity for large groups that need to split themselves up equally. The furnishing, styling and flavour is the same throughout all 500 square meters of the villa.
The holiday home rental boasts of
over 2500 sq.m. of fenced in garden space, rich with local color of lavender and the greens of olive trees and the grain grown in the lands surrounding the villa. The incredible pool area is perfect for a party celebration or simply relaxing under the toasty Tuscan sun. The pool is an 8 x 15 meter infinity border pool, with a delicious Jacuzzi area. There is a large covered area furnished with comfortable wrought iron outdoor furnishing and this area is ideal for outdoor meals. The views of Tuscany and Italy are wonderful, making this the idyllic area for family photos!
