This description is intended to describe a :
a) APARTMENT / VILLA rental that is a portion of another structure (the owner's home or a single structure divided into two living quarters)
b) APARTMENT / VILLA rental that is in some way is attached to another building
c) APARTMENT / VILLA rental that is a relatively independent structure with its own private garden and living space, yet is NOT a independent free standing structure as would be a farmhouse or villa rental.
A APARTMENT / VILLA rental will have a private bathroom (with shower or tub, sink and WC).
A APARTMENT / VILLA rental will have a full bed for the number of persons indicated in the description.
A APARTMENT / VILLA rental will have a fully equipped kitchen (with sink, cooking burners and refrigerator). The villa will have an oven and/or a freezer only if indicated in the description.
A APARTMENT / VILLA rental will provide each incoming guest with bath, bed and kitchen linens.
